Online ordering from The Rusty Dog online store is safe and easy! Our secure
server encrypts credit card information across the internet.
Orders can be placed online 24 hours, or by email. If you pay by personal
check, your order will be processed and shipped AFTER your check has cleared.
If you prefer not to pay online, we can accept phone orders and process credit

with the items you would like to order, your phone number and we will contact
you.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Orders are processed in a timely manner. Items are shipped promptly by the
manufacturer and normally received within 7 to 10 business days, with the
exception of custom orders.

MINIMUM ORDER:
We do not have a minimum order amount, however orders under $10.00 will have
a $4.50 special handling fee added.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are permitted if received prior to shipping.

risk free. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied
with any Product (except custom orders), please contact us for a Return Authorization
at 714-739-1863. Before calling, please make sure to have the sales order
or invoice number, and description of the problem. After receiving the RA,
please ship the unused product(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the
product costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
